Privacy Statement DPP Tool

Empact Consulting B.V. is responsible for the processing of personal data via the DPP Tool. You can reach us at info@empact.nu.

What data do we process?

• Uploaded documents — product documentation that you upload for the DPP analysis. These are temporarily processed and not permanently stored.
• Contact details — if you choose to receive your results by email, we process your name, email address and organisation name.
• Form data — product category, product name and other questions you fill in during the analysis.

Purpose of processing

• Performing the DPP analysis based on your documents
• Generating an example DPP and gap report
• Sending your results by email (if requested)

AI processing

The DPP Tool uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to analyse your documents and match DPP fields. Your documents are sent to Anthropic for analysis, but are not stored there after processing. Anthropic does not use your data for training models.

Retention period

Uploaded documents are not permanently stored. They are temporarily processed for the duration of the analysis and then deleted. Contact details you enter when emailing results are retained as long as necessary for this purpose.

Third parties

We use the following service providers:

• Vercel — hosting and file storage
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI analysis of documents
• Resend — sending emails with results
• Google Analytics 4 — anonymised usage statistics (see below)

Analytics & cookies

The DPP Tool uses Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised usage statistics, such as the number of analyses and downloads. This helps us improve the tool.

Google Analytics runs in cookieless mode (consent mode): no cookies are placed and no personal data is stored. Google only receives anonymised pings with which we can see totals, but cannot identify individual visitors.

Additionally, we use functional cookies that are necessary for the operation of the tool. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies.
